The ACPA New York State Chapter was incorporated in 2006 to focus on improved customer service and in the promotion of quality concrete pavements in the State of New York. For fourteen years (from 1987 through 2005), these services were performed by the 13-state Northeast Chapter of the ACPA. And from 1902 to 1986, the staff of the Portland Cement Association served the concrete and paving industries nationally and through several regional locations including offices in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
The ACPA New York State Chapter is one of many ACPA State/Chapter Associations in the United States affiliated with the national ACPA. Founded in 1964, ACPA’s focus is on providing services in support of local Chapter programs and in nationally promoting the benefits of concrete pavements for interstate highways, state and county highways, municipal streets, local roads, military facilities and airports.
