In an effort encourage technically sound and economically competitive concrete pavements, the Chapter recently provided comments to NYSDOT on updates to the Comprehensive Pavement Design Manual (CPDM). Below is a link to ACPA-NYS comments provided by Technical Director, Bill Cuerdon. They focus on Chapter 6, Materials, and Chapter 8, PCC Pavement Joints. NYSDOT has incorporated many of Bill’s comments in the final version of the CPDM.
